I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service I’ve received from your company, All Star Heating.

My first experience with Ben was when he came and cleaned our boiler. Though I was impressed with his knowledge of heating systems (including radiant configurations), I was even more impressed by the way in which he presented his knowledge. He listened carefully and made sure he understood my problems before he made any suggestions.

Consequently, when the time came to consider new heating options for our house, I didn’t hesitate to call All Star. Once again, Ben’s response was prompt and courteous. He worked with my family to upgrade our existing system and came up with options we hadn’t even considered before. The result is a consolidated and efficient solution that was refreshingly affordable.

Best of all, I have the peace of mind knowing that any future concerns or problems we might have will be happily heard and addressed.

I am writing this letter to let you know just how satisfied and pleased I am with the new furnace you installed for us. When faced with the decision of whether we should invest in a new furnace or just keep feeding money into fixing the old one, the cost of a new furnace sobered us. But it has paid for itself in more ways than one and I never would have believed it. The first year of heating with it we used about 300 gallons less oil for a saving of over 25% from our old furnace. At the cost of oil these past few years, that amounts to a substantial sum.

So I admit I was a bit skeptical at first when you told us how much we’d save, but now I am more than convinced and tell everyone about it. And an added benefit is that our house is much more comfortable all around. No more cold spots and hot spots, no more wide fluctuations of having too much heat and then being cold before the furnace would kick in again. The temperature is constant and consistent. I can’t believe winters can be so cozy inside! (To me this is an even better advantage than the lowering heating bills.) Sometimes clouds can have a silver lining and having to replace our old furnace certainly is one of those times. Thanks so much.
